Pricing FAQ
No. Leav charges a flat monthly fee per account. You pay Shopify Payments processing fees on transactions as normal, but Leav does not add any per-transaction or per-checkout surcharge on top of that.
At the end of your 14-day trial, you select a plan and enter payment details to continue. If you decide not to continue, your account is simply deactivated. No charges are made during the trial period and no credit card is required to start.
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time from the Leav dashboard. When you upgrade from Starter to Growth, you can add up to 5 locations immediately. Adding your sixth location or beyond moves you to the Scale tier. Upgrades are prorated to your billing cycle.
Yes. Annual plans are billed as a single payment for the year. The 20% discount is applied versus the equivalent monthly price. Invoices are available in your dashboard immediately on purchase.
Monthly plans can be cancelled at the end of any billing period with no refund for the current period. Annual plans may be refunded on a prorated basis within the first 30 days of billing. Contact [email protected] to request a refund.
No. Leav requires no new hardware. Your shoppers use their own smartphones. The only physical element you need is printed QR codes at the store entrance, which you print yourself. No proprietary devices, readers, or terminals are required.
